ASP PPS (Pick, Pack & Ship) is a business services and e-commerce operations program.

ASP Worldwide Corporation is not a bank, insurance company, securities broker, investment adviser, or guaranteed-income program.

2. NO GUARANTEE OF BUSINESS RESULTS

Business and e-commerce activities involve financial and operational risk.

ASP Worldwide Corporation does not guarantee:

• Marketplace approval

• Sales

• Revenue

• Net profit

• Return on capital

• Marketplace payouts

• Payout timing

• Product performance

The Service & Setup Fee compensates ASP Worldwide Corporation for professional work, systems implementation, consulting, training, research, operational preparation, resources, and application of the company's business knowledge and experience.

Refund and cancellation rights are governed by the applicable written agreement, the ASP Worldwide Corporation Cancellation & Refund Policy, and applicable law.
